About the event
We are a peer support group that meets weekly for individuals and their family members with mental health issues. You are welcome to speak at the meeting or just enjoy a hot drink around others who understand. We are non-judgemental and understanding. As well, confidentiality is important to us as a group. We will also do our best to signpost you to other services if you need it and offer our support.
