Personal Responsibility: Attendees are solely responsible for their own well-being and safety during the event. ManXPact and its affiliates disclaim any liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property.
Compliance with Laws and Regulations: Attendees are expected to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, as well as any event-specific rules and regulations provided by ManXPact.
Third-party Services and Vendors: ManXPact may provide information or links to third-party services or vendors for convenience. ManXPact does not endorse or assume any responsibility for the products, services, or actions of these third parties.
Photography and Recording: Photographs, videos, and audio recordings may be taken during the event. By participating, you grant ManXPact permission to use such media for promotional and archival purposes without any compensation or further notice.
Changes to Event Details: ManXPact reserves the right to alter event schedules, content, or format at its discretion, and shall not be held responsible for any inconvenience or disappointment resulting from such changes.
Force Majeure: ManXPact shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these terms if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of nature, war, terrorism, or civil disturbance.
No Warranty or Endorsement: ManXPact provides no warranty, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of information presented at the event.
No Refunds or Exchanges: Tickets or registrations for ManXPact public events are non-refundable and non-transferable, except at the discretion of ManXPact.
Indemnification: Attendees agree to indemnify and hold harmless ManXPact, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of their participation in the event.
By attending a ManXPact public event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by this No-Responsibility Notice. If you do not agree with any part of this disclaimer, please do not attend the event.
