I am hesitant to share this article as there can be far more to parents' behavior than simply not saying sorry. How are we expected to reply to a lifetime of abuse by a parent saying sorry? I am not sure I could deal with it at all (not that I am in any danger of it happening). Perhaps that is just me.
I wonder how many members can relate to the article. I would be interested to hear from you and your thoughts about an apology later in life.
